From Exposition, select Process booth orders, open an order, click Booth Inventory, and click View Assignments
Conflicting Booth #
Displays the booth number in conflict with the product selected on the Booth Inventory Assignment window.
Conflict Type
Displays the conflict type (C = company or P = product).
Product
Displays the product in conflict with the booth product selected on the Booth Inventory Assignment window.
Company
Displays the name of the company in conflict with the booth selected on the Booth Inventory Assignment window.
To assign a booth
1. From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
2. Open an order (see Finding Exposition Orders).
3. Click Edit.
4. Select a Product.
5. Click Booth Inventory to open the Booth Inventory Assignment window.
Note: If “(Pconflict) = product conflict” is listed beside a booth number, the booth has been assigned to an exhibitor with products that are in conflict. These products may be in conflict with the current exhibitor's products or with another company.
6. Double-click an Available booth (or click >>) to move the booth to the Ordered list. Repeat to assign more booths.
7. Click OK to return to the Process booth orders window.
8. Click Save.
